This position will be responsible for the Operations and Technology (O&T) and Global Functions Charge Out and Monthly Close process including leadership and partnership with direct and shared services teams, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and oversight, legal entity financial management, and Non-Paying Entity Financial Process.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ O&T and Global Functions Charge Out and Monthly Close process includes responsibility for managing the chargeouts to internal Citi businesses on a monthly basis, including actuals, forecasting and outlook; ensuring actuals are aligned to Flash; recording any general ledger adjusting entries as appropriate, managing EBIT and net expense for the business; reporting detailed and summarized results to Corporate, Finance, Business and Operational leads, and Management

+ Manage the end-to-end Plan process for chargeouts, including: developing calendars and timelines with Corporate FP&A, methodology reviews and approvals, system coordination, loading & reviewing all chargeout plan information and development of round table presentations for business and executive management review.

+ Regular communications and meetings with key Business, Finance and Operations stakeholders to develop an appropriate interaction model. Includes: determining chargeout variance root causes, trend analysis, developing demand optimization plans, mechanisms to track deliverables, partnering to develop better forecasting, etc.

+ The Legal Entity Management (LEM) process requires monthly oversight of entity recoveries and financial position.

+ Other adhoc requests such as Tax reviews and assessment, audit coordination, may also be required.


**Qualifications**


+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of accounting and control experience.

+ CPA is a plus.

+ Knowledge of legal entity management is a plus.

+ Proficiency in APS, Jade, Ruby, P2P, FullSuite, Pearl, CLEMS and financial systems is a plus, as well as PC skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and adhoc reporting systems.

+ Key competencies will include a mix of excellent analytical and problem solving skills, seasoned business judgment and attention to quality and detail.

+ Good project management skills, be a self-starter who is able to work independently and be flexible enough to handle multiple tasks.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

+ Relationship skills and experience partnering with multiple businesses as well as the ability to influence and team with colleagues at all levels are necessary.
