ATM/ITM Representative
Job Description
This position is responsible for providing back office support on processing of all deposits made at our ITM-ATM's and possesses a broad base knowledge of functions within the Member Payments Systems Department. It also involves provide support to our members, Community Financial Center staff and staff within the Department.
* Verify payees and endorsements of negotiable items received through ITM-ATM, mail and Deposit2Go
* Verify checks though Early Warning System
* Performs balancing of all ITM-ATM's through Image Center system
* Post Deposit2Go batches
* Issues ATM cards
* Process Cenlar daily postings
* Process and Balance all checks received and headquarters and scan batch for delivery to the Federal Reserve
* Process Returned mail
* Prepared daily Address Change file
* Provides support to Financial Service Representatives and Community Financial Center staff
* Provides account information to members, and handles additional member requests relating to ATM issues
* Assist Document Imaging team, as needed
* Must demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to: Right to Financial Privacy Act; Identity theft Red Flag; Reg CC; and Ethics: Policy and Personal Judgment for Tellers
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Must demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to: U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act

Required Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
* Minimum 1-3 years' experience or combination of education and experience.
